Darwin Escapes is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Receptionist to join the team at New Pines Holiday Home Park.
This is a varied and fast-paced role combining front-of-house reception duties, sales support, and operational administration. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, supporting holiday home sales activity, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and park operations.

Working Hours
This role may include weekends, bank holidays, and busy seasonal periods in line with business needs.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Customer Service
· Welcoming owners, holiday guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
· Handling telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
· Managing check-ins, bookings, and guest information
· Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
· Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception environment
Sales Support
· Supporting the holiday home sales team with customer enquiries and appointments
· Assisting with sales administration and documentation
· Following up leads and maintaining accurate customer records
· Promoting park facilities, events, and holiday home ownership opportunities
· Operations & Administration
· Assisting with day-to-day park administration tasks
· Coordinating communication between departments
· Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
· Supporting compliance and operational procedures
· Assisting with stock orders and office supplies where required
What We’re Looking For
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
· Previous reception, administration, customer service, or sales experience preferred
· Confident using Microsoft Office and booking/admin systems
· A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
