Job Description
The role includes:
* Worldwide trip planning and support for our fleet from trip confirmation to landing including handling and permit set up, flight planning, crewing and flight watch.
* Communicating with all operating stakeholders to ensure efficient flight scheduling and compliance with regulations.
* Supporting and assisting our crews with flight package and weather briefings.
* Control, analysis and storage of flight operations documents and data according to the company policy.
* Maintaining a library of current manuals, regulatory publications and other essential documents associated with operational control.
* Acting as the focal point in Ops for flight and schedule management.
Qualifications
We’re looking for:
* Ability to work shift patterns including days, nights and weekends on a 24/7 roster.
* Familiar with UK/European aviation legislation.
* Experience of worldwide flight planning
* Ability to work well within a team and independently
* Excellent communicator
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
