Act as a first point of contact for greeting visitors entering. Clear communicational and organisational skills Exceptional customer service To assist with deliveries and post in contacting relevant tenant to advise To assist with contractors in signing in/out Issuing of access cards to contractors and visitors Respond to email and telephone requests relating to any issues in a timely manner. To report any security issues to the onsite security supervisor Comply with and operate site security instructions and policies. Comply with and operate site emergency and Health & Safety procedures; respond as necessary to emergencies, including assistance to the emergency services in the event of fire/bomb threats. Must Have: Valid SIA licence and CCTV Licence Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front of the House Officer, or similar role (min 1 year) Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional attitude and appearance
