We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing facility in Bridgwater. You’ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, overseeing the smooth running of factory equipment, introducing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and driving performance improvements.
