Role – Electrical Design Engineer Location – Leicestershire Type - Permanent Salary – £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. A Leicestershire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical design package Previous electrical design experience in a manufacturing environment or similar Previous experience designing industrial machinery Good PLC/ HMI understanding & knowledge Full UK driving license Ability to work independently or as part of a team The Electrical Design Engineer duties & responsibilities will include: Producing design documentation & electrical wiring diagrams Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all times Providing support to other engineers when required Writing software for PLC & HMIs
