As a Coach Builder / Fabricator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring vehicle restorations meet strict manufacturer standards. You will be responsible for performing body fitting, structural repairs, welding, and fabrication on a variety of commercial vehicles. Duties
* Carrying out body fitting and fabrication work on light and heavy commercial vehicles
* Strip, refit, and repair vehicle body components
* Replacing panels and structural parts, ensuring adherence to safety standards
* Welding, fabrication, and coach building tasks to restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications
* Collaborating with workshop colleagues to ensure efficient turnaround times
* Maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout all tasks
Requirements
* Qualified Coach Builder / Fabricator / Body Fitter
* Proven experience working on commercial vehicles, including HGVs, vans, or other specialist vehicles
* Skilled in welding, structural repairs, and vehicle fabrication
* Strong attention to detail with pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
