Legal Receptionist
A wonderful opportunity to join one of the fastest growing US law firms in the City has arisen, to assist with the front-of-house management of the London office:
* Salary to £44,000 (experience dependent)
* 11:00 – 19:00 working hours (office based)

Legal Receptionist Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the firm in a professional and welcoming manner
* Establish professional and clear communication with the PAs, Fee-Earners, Partners, and Clients
* Maintain constant communication between the main reception and client floor reception regarding room bookings and allocation of meeting rooms
* Arrange any catering requests and ensure that they are delivered to the rooms by the contract caterers in a timely manner
* Support additional administrative or operational duties as required to maintain smooth office operations.
Legal Receptionist Skills & Requirements
* 3 years+ receptionist / front-of-house experience within a law firm is essential
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) are advantageous
* A collaborative team-player attitude and enthusiastic approach to the role
