Jet Aire are looking for a Remediations Scheduler to coordinate all-round lining activities and become the key connection between teams, clients, and success.
More about the role:
* Strategically program and administer all works.
* Respond to all emails/queries.
* Be the point of contact and liaison with clients.
* Point of contact for all Remediation Engineers.
* Provide general support for the Service Delivery Manager/ Remediations Manager.
* Contact customers and plan jobs.
* Scheduling all WIPs on the system.
* Scoping and reviewing of jobs/footage.
* Involvement in ensuring driver/ vehicle compliance with ‘O’ Licence requirements.
* Invoicing knowledge to assist during holidays.
* Coordinating and booking training.
* Maintain PPE levels.
* Administration of My Compliance.
Qualifications
About you:
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills is advantageous
* Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
* Strong communication skills.
* Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Able to handle multiple priorities and stay focused under pressure.
* Previous experience in scheduling or planning (preferably in drainage solutions)
