Team Leader within Mental Health Services
LOCATION: Wrexham
PAY RATES: £16.50 per hour
Shifts: Flexible – days, nights, and weekends available

What You’ll Do
* Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.
* Ensure delivery of person‑centred care within supported living accommodation.
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards.
* Promote independence and positive risk‑taking for service users.
* Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
