I am looking for passionate Residential Support Workers who want to work with vulnerable young people who have a background in children's services such as residential, supported accommodation, fostering, SEN education or youth work. My client is a fantastic private company who specialise in 2 bed homes which prioritises positive outcomes for their young people. They have a fantastic track record in delivering these outcomes. The Residential Support Worker role is a permanent full time post based in Southport paying £26,250 with £50 per sleep and 6 sleeps per month. This gives a salary of £29,850 per annum plus fully funded Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications immediately. The shifts include day shifts of 8am - 8pm and sleep in shifts. Do you have: Experience of working within children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge - SEN School, youth work, community young people, children's learning disabilities, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children's homes Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
