A Sustainability Manager opportunity has arisen within a growing manufacturing business supplying specialist material into high-performance and industrial sectors. This role will take ownership of the companys sustainability and ESG strategy across operations and the supply chain, working closely with senior leadership to drive compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement aligned to Net Zero objectives.
Responsibilities
* Leading sustainability and ESG strategy aligned to business goals and Net Zero targets.
* Maintaining and improving the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
* Monitoring compliance with environmental legislation and industry standards.
* Managing sustainability data, metrics, and external/internal reporting.
* Driving carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
* Promoting sustainability awareness and engagement across the business.
Desired skills and experience
* Experience within sustainability or ESG roles in manufacturing or industrial environments.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and Environmental Management Systems.
* Ability to analyse performance data and drive measurable improvements.
