About The Company
Beaumont College supports special school leavers, including those with complex autism and social and emotional challenges.
Beaumont College is a very special place, and we are seeking to extend our work family in response to increased demand for places at the college. If you have empathy and understanding for our students, alongside a supportive and ambitious vision for their potential, then Beaumont College, Lancaster, may have the perfect role for you.
About The Role
Some students have excellent language skills, while others communicate in different ways. All have learning difficulties. For some, developed communication strategies may become less effective as they reach adulthood. You will work with identified students as part of a small team, helping them prepare for fulfilling lives as young adults. This journey involves memorable experiences and overcoming challenges. The progress our students make is a testament to empowered staff support. Are you the next member of our amazing team?
