Responsibilities and duties of the SHEQ Co-Ordinator role
Reporting to the Head of Operations you will:
1. Implement and maintain SHEQ management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 9001 (Quality) standards.
2. Assist in the development and review of SHEQ policies, procedures, and documentation.
3. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
4. Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and company SHEQ requirements.
5. Maintain SHEQ records, including incident reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
6. Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
7. Organise SHEQ training sessions and toolbox talks.
