Overview and Benefits Competitive salary : £25,000–£29,000 (depending on experience) plus performance-based incentives, Office Working: Based in the office, Monday-Friday, 9.00am-17.00pm Health & wellbeing benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans Work-life balance : Generous paid time off and holiday entitlement Career development : Professional growth opportunities, training programs, and resources to help you thrive Supportive culture : A welcoming, inclusive environment that values diversity and teamwork Responsibilities Sales Ledger – Raise invoices accurately and promptly, resolving billing queries with efficiency and care Payroll Support – Assist payroll processing for multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Purchase Ledger – Maintain records and process payments in line with company standards Credit Control – Assess customer credit applications, monitor accounts, and follow up on overdue payments Reporting – Prepare and deliver financial reports for internal stakeholders on a weekly or ad-hoc basis Management Accounts – Support the preparation of management accounts and related documentation Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: Strong IT skills (spreadsheets, word processing, databases) Solid understanding of office practices and procedures Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Desirable: Previous finance administration experience Familiarity with Pegasus Opera 3 (Payroll & Accounts) Experience producing financial reports using IT systems Why Join Us?
