About Our Client

Job Description
* Oversee the month end process for purchase ledger ensuring all PO's and Invoices have been accounted for.
* Ensure that the purchase order system is being adhered to and notifying management accountant of any non compliance
* Develop a management reporting system extracting data from various systems to produce KPI reports
* Ensure all departments have the required hardware for operation
* Ensure all units have fully functioning equipment.
* Maintain with IT support company Hardware Registers
* Deal with general IT issues as they arise being the main point of contact with IT support provider
* Assist with troubleshooting problems that arise
* Ensure staff have basic knowledge of systems/help sheets to work through day to day issues as they arise
* Ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
* Proven experience in an accounting and operations role.
* Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations.
* Proficiency in IT systems and infrastructure.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
