Lettings Negotiator (Maternity Cover)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency in Burgess Hill.
This role is initially being offered on a maternity cover contract, however there is potential for the position to become permanent.

The Role
As Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Booking and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Generating new business and maximising opportunities
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
Supporting the wider team to achieve office targets
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous estate agency or lettings experience
Be confident, driven, and well-presented
Thrive in a busy environment
Have strong communication and negotiation skills
Hold a full UK driving licence and own car
