Location: Morden, SM4

Salary: OTE: £28,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

An excellent role for a skilled Lettings Administrator to contribute to a busy independent Estate Agency in Morden, providing vital administrative support across all aspects of the lettings process.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join a thriving independent Estate Agency in Morden. The ideal candidate will bring experience, energy, and a passion for delivering outstanding service within the residential lettings sector.

This role is central to the day-to-day success of the lettings department, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing all aspects of the lettings administration process
* Booking viewings and preparing tenancy documentation
* Supporting negotiators with daily administrative duties
* Coordinating move-ins and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
* Maintaining accurate records and database updates
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Handling telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
* Working collaboratively with the lettings and property management teams

* Previous experience in residential lettings administration
* Strong understanding of lettings procedures and compliance
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional telephone manner and written communication skills

* Team player with the ability to work independently when required
