As an Assistant Store Manager, support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

* Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
* Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers
* Achieving expectations within campaign activities
* Working with the manager to generate stock
