JOB TITLE: Associate, Client & Product Team Crown Dependencies

LOCATIONS: Jersey (St Helier), Guernsey (St Peter Port) or Isle of Man (Douglas)

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least

two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

In the Client & Products team, we’re transforming the way we work but also driving the right client outcomes and growth across our fast-growing Crown Dependencies business.


You’ll be focused on driving innovation in product and propositions for our Fiduciary, Funds and Corporate Clients though managing the product governance and enhancing the product set with alignment to our GEM offering. However, you’ll be involved in all Crown Dependency product areas. Leveraging LBG capability to enhance our offering through its product sets and technical capability. Ensuring we have the right products for our future growth requirements and our client’s needs.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Associate Proposition Director in Driving, leading and delivering the right product outcomes, you’ll also be asked to engage and support with other product areas and Crown Dependency teams.
2. Applying insights, from client and stakeholder in supporting the development our product and client service offering alongside improving our current internal processes.
3. Leading on required product governance related matters, including delivering written papers and presentations.
4. Business partner liaison and management; ensuring these relationships are positive and constantly improve our connectivity and reputation across the Group & external clients.
5. Driving simplification of our business, through proactive and pace led change.
6. Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, implementing and tracking actions to safeguard the business.
7. Champion our culture, proactively developing yourself and others talent to develop an inclusive organisation.

What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll demonstrate good judgement plus excellent external market knowledge, product & propositional knowledge relationship building, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

8. Highly organised, working at pace, effective planning and prioritisation skills.
9. Attention to detail and the ability to work at pace and manage conflicting priorities.
10. Excellent presentation and writing skills.
11. Great interpersonal and relationship building skills, coupled with the confidence and creativity to communicate to a range of audiences including senior executives.
12. Demonstrate initiative and independently complete assigned tasks.
13. Knowledge of the Crown Dependencies and their local regulatory requirements is desired but not essential.
14. You’ll need to possess the right to work and live in the Crown Dependencies.
