Salary £40,000 - £55,000 basic benefits package Mileage High OTE (enquire within) Development and progression opportunities Responsibilities: Work closely with senior leadership to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners and intermediaries. Act as the main point of contact for new client acquisitions, ensuring a professional and consultative approach. Develop tailored proposals and presentations to support business growth. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting through to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute targeted campaigns. Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions to enhance brand visibility. Report regularly on pipeline progress, business development activity and revenue targets. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients. Support the continuous improvement of business development processes and practices. Ideal Person: Previous experience in business development / sales within professional services or advisory sectors. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term relationships. Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland when required.
