What You Will Do:
* Create financial and statistical reports using Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office applications to support key business decisions.
* Manage and organise data, including tracking inventory, analysing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Oversee electricity accounts, reviewing contracts and applying financial forecasting for cost-effective solutions.
* Process data into the company's accounts system, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and customer documentation.
* Drive improvements in IT systems and business models, configuring and testing solutions to streamline operations.
* Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth organisational operations.
What You Will Bring:
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload under pressure.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Hours of work Monday to Friday - Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Office based, with one in 4 weekends which can be done remotely, which is presently a Sunday of approx. 4 hours.
