You'll look after Renewals, New Business, MTAs, and day-to-day client queries across Motor, Home, Travel, Legal Expenses, and more. You’ll deliver exceptional service, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and contribute to the company’s continued growth across NI. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients Handle Renewals, ensuring strong retention Generate New Business and build strong client relationships Process MTA’s accurately and efficiently Respond to client queries across Motor, Household, Travel, Legal Expenses, etc. Maintain excellent customer service standards Use internal systems (including Relay) effectively About You Experience in Personal Lines insurance Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Confident, proactive, and organised Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment
