Temporary School Administrator Balance Education are currently seeking a dedicated School Administrator for a Secondary school in Enfield. This temporary long-term position is from as soon as possible until December 2024. Key Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support to the schools staff, students, and parents. Manage student records meticulously, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with the scheduling and coordination of school events, meetings, and appointments. Respond promptly to inquiries from parents and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in the management of school resources and supplies. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the school leadership team. Skills & Qualifications: Previous administrative experience is preferred, particularly in an educational setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. A friendly and welcoming demeaner. It is preferred candidates have experience within a school already.
