Claims Handler – Emergency Accommodation Services
Location: Droitwich (Office-Based)

Salary: £26,728
Hours: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and customer-focused business providing emergency and alternative accommodation services. As a Claims Handler, you’ll be at the heart of the operation—ensuring people have a safe place to stay when the unexpected happens.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle accommodation claims from instruction to resolution
• Liaise with clients, customers, and suppliers to arrange suitable emergency accommodation
• Update daily claim boards and ensure service levels are consistently met
• Support the Out of Hours (OOH) emergency service on a rota basis
• Take part in training and contribute to continuous service improvement
What You’ll Bring:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (ideally in a fast-paced role)
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Calm, empathetic and highly organised under pressure
• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a focus on service excellence
