Littlefish is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Onsite Engineer to join our expanding Service Delivery team.

As an Onsite Engineer, you will be the face of Littlefish’s exceptional technical support, providing direct, walk-up assistance to a diverse range of users across multiple sites. Your support will cover desktop, laptop, printer, telephony, and application issues, along with involvement in application and network/server troubleshooting.

Working closely with the Onsite Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies. Your role will be vital in delivering seamless IT experiences for our customers. Effective communication, managing technical queries, and adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs) will be key to your success.

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

* BAU Support: Providing walk-up assistance and resolving IT issues in a fast-paced environment.
* Joiner, mover, leaver support: Setting up new hardware and supporting user inductions.
* Floorwalking: Proactively assisting users across sites to resolve issues and improve IT efficiency.
* Hands-on Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony, AV equipment, applications, and supporting network/server administration.
* Collaborating & Communicating: Working closely with customers to address technical concerns and ensure resolution in line with Littlefish standards and SLAs.

What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:

* Experience: Proven background in IT support roles with hands-on experience across various technologies.
* ITSM Familiarity: Knowledge of IT Service Management principles.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
* Knowledge Capture: Ability to create procedural documents for team sharing.
* Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware, among others.
* Proficiency in supporting Office 365, Exchange, Windows 11, macOS, and iOS.
* Experience with Active Directory, Intune for deployment, and mobile device support (iPhones, iPads).
* VIP Support Experience: Comfortable supporting high-priority users.
* Meeting Room Tech: Familiarity with supporting and maintaining meeting room hardware setups.
* Strong macOS Knowledge: Deep understanding of macOS and troubleshooting skills.
