Main Responsibilities:
* Prospecting, expanding sales pipeline, and making cold calls to generate and qualify leads.
* Personalized Email and LinkedIn prospecting.
* Seeking out new clients and sales opportunities.
* Building target prospecting lists across various sectors.
* Launching campaigns to approach and generate new business.
* Responding to client queries and providing relevant information to maximize sales potential.
* Updating information in our internal CRM system.
* Staying informed about industry and company trends and developments.
Candidate Profile:
We desire someone with abundant energy, resilience, and determination to generate leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. This role offers significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding company with ambitious future plans.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in a sales environment or similar, e.g., recruitment.
* Proven ability to meet targets.
* Understanding of the digital industry (Performance Media, Web, eCommerce, Data Intelligence).
* Commercial awareness to maximize opportunities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* High standard of written English and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.
* Ability to influence senior decision-makers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
