Womenswear Designer - Multi Product Location: London Salary to £40K depending on experience bens We are working with an established manufacturing company who have a number of brands to their name and are known for delivering trend-forward, high-quality collections across diverse product categories in Womenswear, menswear and Childrenswear. The London-based team is passionate about innovation, craftsmanship, and creating fashion that resonates worldwide. The Role: They are looking for a Womenswear Designer who can bring originality and a fashion-forward approach to their collections. This role covers the entire womenswear range, including jersey, sweat, knitwear, woven's, and outerwear. You’ll be instrumental in shaping seasonal collections that are cohesive, on-brand, and commercially successful. Key Responsibilities for the womenswear designer : Create original designs across multi-product categories, ensuring they reflect the different brand’s they have vision and heritage. Plan and develop seasonal collections that are trend-led and commercially viable. Stay ahead of current and future womenswear trends. Produce detailed technical specifications and sketches. Present collections to senior management and stakeholders. Analyse market data and consumer feedback to inform design decisions. Communicate effectively with factories, mills, and in-country teams. Qualifications & Skills ( our must have shopping list ) : Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. Recent and minimum 3 years’ experience in womenswear design across multi product but experience must be high street focussed. Proven track record of creating commercially successful collections. Strong technical drawing and CAD skills (Adobe Suite proficiency essential). Excellent knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and production processes. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Experience in graphics and/or print design is a bonus. Womenswear designer personality fit : Innovative and hands-on with a can-do attitude. Creative yet commercial, with a strong fashion-forward handwriting. A collaborative team player with excellent time management skills. Adaptable and flexible, eager to learn and grow. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
