RG Consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for a well-known manufacturing company based in Wallasey. This would be an excellent opportunity for an AAT part/qualified candidate to join a supportive team within a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
* Accurately processing a high volume of purchase invoices each month
* Matching and coding purchase invoices
* Weekly payment runs
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing monthly payroll
* BACs payments
* Completing supplier statement reconciliation
* Managing retention checks and related invoicing
* Maintaining and resolving supplier accounts and queries
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc finance duties as required
