About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product Growth to lead and own the entire bottom-of-funnel conversion journey for Juniper. This role is critical in solving our conversion rate challenges by managing the full path from landing page through to payment. You will have ownership of the newly formed Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) squad, including a product manager, engineers, and a designer, with the potential to also oversee lifecycle marketing.
* Take full ownership of the conversion funnel, ensuring consistent, tailored patient journeys that drive improved conversion rates across diverse customer segments.
* Lead and grow the CRO squad, collaborating closely with product, engineering, design, and CRM teams to deliver seamless, data-driven optimisations.
* Develop and implement experimentation frameworks to run impactful tests that improve conversion metrics and patient experience.
* Prioritise initiatives with a strong commercial mindset, balancing data insights, customer needs, and business impact.
* Establish robust data tracking and reporting systems to monitor funnel performance and inform decision-making.
* Work closely with acquisition teams to manage the balance between lead quality and conversion efficiency.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to align messaging, UX/UI, pricing, and product offerings with growth objectives.
* Champion a holistic approach to growth that encompasses messaging, user experience, technical execution, and commercial strategy.
* Shape the future growth function with potential to expand scope into retention, upsell, and cross-sell as the business scales.
* Operate with high autonomy, backed by strong resources and support to build and lead your team and initiatives.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant opportunity to define and scale the product growth function within a fast-growing digital healthcare company.
About you (Who you are)
* 7+ years of experience leading growth initiatives, ideally within B2C consumer brands
* Demonstrated success in managing complex conversion funnels with multiple customer journeys and touchpoints
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on business impact and ROI
* Data fluent, comfortable working closely with analytics teams, proficient in A/B testing, analytics tools, and interpreting data to inform decisions
* Proven experience managing cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver growth outcomes
* Deep understanding of customer insights and the ability to translate these into tailored, consistent messaging and optimised user experiences
* Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM is a strong advantage, though not mandatory at the outset
* Entrepreneurial and creative thinker who thrives in a role with broad scope and autonomy, able to drive experimentation and innovation across messaging, UX, pricing, and product offering
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complex, multi-step funnels requiring thoughtful validation and optimisation
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate growth strategies and experiment outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
