The Opportunities
We are recruiting for multiple 360 roles across a range of sectors, including:

Core responsibilities for 360 roles include:
* Building and developing client relationships through business development
* Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
* Sourcing high-quality candidates using multiple channels
* Negotiating offers and managing expectations
* Building a strong personal brand in your chosen sector

* Proven 360 recruitment experience (any sector considered)
* Confident in business development and relationship building
* Strong communication, influencing, and organisational skills
* Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by success
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
