Archer Resourcing have a great opportunity for a Social Worker to join the team in Bolton!
If you are a compassionate individual who is dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable individuals, then this could be the role for you. The team in Bolton are looking for a hard-working and respectful individual to join them in order to help support individuals who may be at risk, ensuring they are safe and protected.
Responsibilities include, but isn’t limited to:
* Undertake regular reviews of an individual’s situation and use the outcome to formulate new arrangements and plans in conjunction with service users and other agencies
* Carry out a range of Social Work tasks as allocated by the Team Manager
* Initiate, draft & produce reports
* Dealing with record casework
* Communicating effectively with client groups & professionals to assess client needs
* Plan, carry out and monitor all activities required for individuals to ensure that they are achieving their desired assessed outcomes
Requirements:
* Social Work England registered
* Enhanced DBS. Dated within the last 12 months- on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
* Hold a full UK licence, as well as access to own vehicle
* Past experience in a similar role
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
