You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.

How you will contribute

You will:

* Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects
* Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization
* Set change strategies and create plans
* Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement
* Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization
* Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation
* Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies

* Accountable for compliance with change processes and ensuring that changes are processed correctly through the Service Management tool
* Ensure that legal regulations (SOX and other such requirements) are adhered to
* Communicate schedules and status to IS and other stakeholders ensuring that any required communication is executed in a timely manner
* Coordinate with all Change Owners to ensure process knowledge and adherence to process
* Coordination with Release Management for the delivery of Minor, Micro and Major Releases of SAP Enhancements for all Delivery Streams
* Drive process improvement initiatives for the Change Control Process
* Act as standby for Execution/Facilitation of CAB meetings for Infrastructure and Non SAP Changes
* Act as standby for Execution/Facilitation of Change Review Board and Change Control Board for SAP Changes to any landscape
* Is the expert in the change management processes as well as the ServiceNow change modules and provides support, guidance and training to resolver groups internally and with suppliers
* Manages regional end-to-end integration of IT processes and tools
* Measures and reports KPI’s to monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the change processes. Triggers corrective actions as needed
* Supervises the regional infrastructure Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring all changes are correctly documented, tabled and presented
* Supervises the regional SAP Change Advisory Board (CAB), for both CRB & CCB ensuring all changes are correctly documented, tabled and presented.
* Supervises the managing and maintaining a regional Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) to include the critical system and program changes for infrastructure & NSA and related areas
* Supervises managing and maintaining a regional Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) to include the critical system and program changes for SAP related areas
* Responsible for the implementation of improvements with internal and external stakeholders within the region
* Supports tower leads and support managers to plan releases to make sure they fit into the overall regional release plan so that risk to and negative impact on the business can be mitigated
* Works collaboratively with tower leads, support managers, portfolio leads and suppliers to ensure infrastructure-related system changes are properly managed so that risk to and negative impact on the business are mitigated
* Works with the Global Change and Release Process Lead and other regional change and release leads to feed information into a global change calenda.
* Works with the Global Change and Release Process Lead on continuous improvement of the change processes, addressing regional requirements and ensuring flexibility of the processes
