Purpose of the role To contribute to the strategic and operational management of Adullam Services in line with corporate aims and objectives whilst managing the requirements under the regulatory bodies for supported housing. Working with the Head of Support Services and the Business Development manager to develop and grow services within your area. To monitor the achievement of performance of service specification and SEA related KPIs and report regularly against targets/objectives detailed in the service contract/ specification or Team & Business Plan.
