Job Title: Water Performance and Reporting Manager

We're looking for a talented Water Performance and Reporting Manager to take ownership of key regulatory reporting functions, drive performance improvements, and help us meet our ambitious targets for leakage and water resource management. This is your chance to play a central role in shaping our water strategy, influence decision-making at the highest levels, and deliver impactful results that matter.
Responsibilities
1. Owning Key Reporting Functions: Lead the reporting for our Water ASP, focusing on the Supply Demand Balance Index (SDBI) and Water Balance calculations to ensure we meet regulatory targets.
2. Shaping Performance: Drive a 2% discrepancy reduction in water balance, ensure reporting accuracy, and guide data improvement initiatives.
3. Influencing Decision-Making: Provide insights and collaborate with leadership to shape strategic programs for water availability and performance.
4. Managing a Team: Lead a small technical team, fostering growth and development, and work cross-functionally to enhance performance.
5. Driving Excellence in Reporting: Ensure accurate monthly SDBI calculations and annual submissions, supporting the success of our water business.
Additional responsibilities include delivering accurate reports to stakeholders, collaborating across functions, leading data accuracy initiatives, communicating strategic goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
About You
You should possess:
* Experience in Asset Management & Regulatory Reporting within water or regulated industries.
* Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex data.
* Leadership experience managing technical teams.
* Strategic vision with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree in science, asset management, engineering, or related field; experience in regulatory reporting and data analytics; professional membership or qualification is a plus.
Package
This full-time role (37 hours/week, Monday to Friday) offers a salary up to £55,000, plus benefits including bonuses, pension, 25 days leave, life assurance, electric car scheme, health plan, and more. We operate a hybrid working model and support flexible arrangements where possible.
