This role is open to join on a full-time and part time basis on an initial 1-year term contract. In return, you will receive a salary range of £28,050 - £35,000 depending on your experience. Key duties and responsibilities of the Graphic Designer: Create campaign ideas and ensure all work meets deadlines and adheres to the company's visual identity criteria and strategy Produce creative and innovative campaign material across print and digital, such as direct mail, posters, outdoor content/banners Manage design projects from concept to completion in a timely fashion Produce engaging content, acquiring increased donor response to increase donations year–on-year What we’re looking for in Graphic Designer: Education : Degree in Art, Design, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in a creative role. Experience : Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar creative role, ideally as a Graphic Designer Computer Skills : Experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Desirable skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premire Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite would be bonus. Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages such as Arabic are an asset.
