Role Overview:
This is a standalone HR role, perfect for someone confident working independently and managing the full employee lifecycle. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR—providing strategic and operational support across recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of HR as the sole HR professional in the business
Provide expert advice on policies, procedures, and employment law
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance
Handle employee relations and support performance management
Develop and implement initiatives to support employee engagement and well-being
