We’re looking for an experienced Resourcing Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advise on the best approach, and design effective solutions particularly for hard‑to‑fill and specialist roles.
You’ll lead recruitment campaigns from start to finish, shaping briefs, crafting compelling adverts and developing fair, robust assessment processes. You’ll also use a range of sourcing methods, including CV‑search tools, online platforms and targeted advertising, to help build strong talent pipelines and attract high‑quality applicants.
This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role where you’ll influence and guide stakeholders at all levels, helping to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely, successful hiring outcomes. You’ll also contribute to improving how we recruit by sharing insights, analysing activity and helping us strengthen our employer brand.
What we’re looking for:

* Skilled in working with recruitment agencies and partners.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a busy, changing environment.
