They are seeking a Sales Manager to manage and develop the assign clients portfolio according to approved and shared sales strategy Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence Manage the assigned clients according to the strategy and direction driven the Company strategy, in compliance with policies and corporate procedures Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Knowing the market and analysing its trends, evaluating competitors products, interpreting the general economic situation and making relevant suggestions Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors. Essential Skills and Experience : Established connections within the UK fixed wired telecoms industry is essential, ideally with the big three Must have equipment or services telecom sales experience Achieve sales targets in the assigned area through the identification of market prospects and careful analysis and planning of commercial activities Promote preliminary activities with potential customers, have sales negotiations, formulate offers, estimates and contracts, negotiate the best sales conditions Able to competently create and deliver sales presentations to management and clients Follow market trends, client behaviour and competitors to be able to adapt company strategy accordingly Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire client relationship Must have experience in being heavily involved in the PQQ and tender process Must have 8 years of experience in sales, business development and client management.
