Overview
We are seeking a passionate and professional Breakfast Supervisor to lead our front of house team each morning. This role is about more than overseeing a meal period. It is about setting the tone for the day, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every dish and every interaction reflects our standards of fine dining service. As Breakfast Supervisor, you will take ownership of the breakfast service, guiding and supporting the team, working in harmony with the kitchen, and delivering a guest journey that balances precision with warmth.
Responsibilities
* Lead the breakfast service with professionalism and attention to detail
* Support and guide the front of house team, setting the tone for excellent guest interactions
* Ensure the flow of service runs smoothly, managing timings with calm efficiency
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety across the dining room
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and timing of dishes
* Ensure the team has full knowledge of the menu, able to bring each dish to life and advise on allergens
* Conduct daily briefings to align the team on service goals and guest profiles
* Uphold personal presentation standards and inspire the same in the team
* The on target earning potential for this role is 37,303 per annum based on a 45-hour contract, comprising a base salary of 30,303, plus an estimated 7,000 in gratuities and service charge
Qualifications
* Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role
* Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, attentive, and professional approach
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team
* A proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving during service
* Attention to detail in all aspects of service and presentation
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
