Reporting into our Financial Crime Practice Capability. In this role you will be responsible for leading our Financial Crime analysts and providing technical expertise to our clients across EMEA.
To be successful in this role we are seeking experienced managers who have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience and a strong understanding of all aspects of Financial Crime/AML.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Performance Management / Monitoring of team of up to 15
• Support on Complex cases and provide SME guidance where required to progress cases to completion
• Manage Client KPI ‘s - Quality and Productivity using client MI and systems.
• Day to Day interaction with our clients, and representing TGS Capability
• Governance Data / Providing updates on team performance and can articulate rationale behind the data.
• Engagement of team, ensuring that team are fully inclusive of the TGS brand, managing recognition appropriately.
• Timely escalation on client feedback, ensuring that we offer a solutions first approach.
• Adherence to Manager Toolkit processes and TGS Frameworks
• Monitor Risks & Issues
Education Experience and Skills needed.
• Broad based knowledge of operational practices, processes, tools, techniques, and technologies in use across the Financial Services industry and a regulated environment •
• Ability to develop and drive forward best-practice processes. •
• People and team management experience, with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
