Paralegal - Family Law - Bristol
1+ Years' Experience. Location: Bristol (initially Regus-style office, moving to permanent offices as practice grows). Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience).
A dynamic and expanding law firm is opening new offices in Bristol in April 2026 and is seeking a Family Law Paralegal with 1+ years' experience to support the new practice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, work closely with senior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of a new office.
The Role
* Supporting senior solicitors with a full range of family law matters (excluding legal aid).
* Drafting documents, preparing bundles, and assisting with case management.
* Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent client care standards.
* Assisting with business development and office growth initiatives.
* Managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
Candidate Requirements
* 1+ years' experience in family law.
* Strong organisational and drafting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, can-do outlook and ability to work collaboratively.
* Motivation to develop skills and progress within family law.
