The Role:
As Business Relationship Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts whilst actively developing new commercial opportunities across the market.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing partner engagement, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to business partners, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and maximise value for all parties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing relationships with existing commercial partners to achieve agreed growth objectives.
* Identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities within target markets.
* Leading presentations, meetings and negotiations with prospective and existing partners.
* Maintaining an active sales pipeline and providing regular forecasting and performance reporting.
* Gathering market intelligence, competitor insight and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
* Representing the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
* Collaborating with operational, legal, compliance and finance teams to support commercial activity and contractual agreements.
* Ensuring all follow-up actions and stakeholder communications are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Profile Of Person:
We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous success within a business development and relationship management from within the vehicle replacement, accident management or the credit hire sector.
* Strong experience managing key stakeholder relationships and influencing decision‑makers.
* A proven track record of delivering against revenue and growth targets.
* Knowledge of the automotive, accident management, insurance or related sectors.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Confidence working collaboratively across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
