* We’ll support you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skills with full training.
* We're offering this role as a fixed-term contract ending on 30th November 2025.

What you'll do
As the first point of contact in our branches, customers will be at the very heart of your role. You’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction, working with high levels of accuracy to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each customer.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Having proactive conversations, understanding customer needs, and assisting with their banking requirements.
* Completing general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
* Helping customers understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services available.
* Identifying opportunities to assist customers with simple financial products and collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Your working pattern
You’ll be part of an extensive network of colleagues, working during branch hours typically between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays. Flexibility is required.
