Overview
We are looking for an experienced FF&E Specialist to join a fast-moving interior design and fit-out team on a contract basis. This role is suited to a highly capable FF&E professional who can work independently, take ownership of Public Areas FF&E packages, and contribute creatively and technically to refurbishment-led fit-out projects
Key Responsibilities
* Develop FF&E concepts, look & feel imagery, moodboards, and materials palettes
* Independently deliver Public Areas FF&E packages from concept through to issue
* Specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories in line with design intent and budget
* Produce AutoCAD drawing packages, including FF&E layouts and schedules
* Draft joinery drawings of medium complexity
* Support design development using SketchUp
* Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal design teams
* Contribute to refurbishment-focused ID fit-out projects, ensuring buildability and technical accuracy
* Prepare presentation material using Photoshop and InDesign
Required Experience & Skills
* Strong, demonstrable FF&E background within interior design / fit-out
* Proven experience delivering Public Areas FF&E packages independently
* Solid experience in ID fit-out, particularly refurbishment projects
* Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and supplier networks
Proficient in:
* AutoCAD (essential)
* SketchUp
* Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
* Ability to produce joinery drawings to a good technical standard
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
