Duties & Responsibilities:
* Preparing cost estimation, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement;
* Assist dispute resolution matters;
* Handle sub-contractors’ payments & variation orders;
* Document control, system entry, reporting;
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications / Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience:
* Higher Diploma / Diploma in QS or equivalent;
* At least 1 years working experience or above QS in Main Contractor and Civil projects;
* Contract administration in QS skill;
* Good command of written in both English and Chinese
