Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barstaff to join our team at Fishnet Tavern. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position offers flexible hours and is perfect for individuals looking for part-time work in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
