The role of a Key Worker includes supporting our customers to develop the skills necessary to maximise their independence. We are a service with a real commitment to supporting our customers to achieve their aspirations, goals and help them maximise their full potential. The role can be challenging and is highly rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Support customers with daily living skills and activities that help them achieve their goals.
* Build customers’ confidence and enhance their social skills.
* Provide personal care support where needed, including medication administration.
* Support customers in their recovery journey, managing risk positively.
* Show enthusiasm for helping others; be approachable and encouraging.
* Support customers to gain the individual skills required to live more independent lives.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience of supporting vulnerable people.
* Demonstrate an understanding of individual support needs and how to positively manage risk.
* Great communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* Good problem‑solving skills.
* Capability to use a wide range of digital software.
* Excellent organisational and observational skills.
Benefits & Working Conditions
* Salary – £23,582
* Working hours – 37 hours per week
