Working as the Engineering & Digital Technician, this role offers variety by working across the Engineering department and assisting the Digital Technologies team. The position is based in Boston, where you will undertake an Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician qualification (dependent on prior qualifications).
A desire or interest in the Engineering, Motorcycle, Fabrication, and Welding industry is required. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
You are required to hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, or Fabrication & Welding.

The actual salary will be paid according to the national minimum wage rates for Apprenticeships, ranging from £14,526 to £23,492 per annum, depending on age and previous apprenticeship experience.
The position is for 37 hours per week, on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the Apprenticeship.
