Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer (Commercial Installation)
Location: Office is based in Crawley, but the engineer will be working in the South East. Mainly in these areas:
* Crawley
* Kent
* Hampshire
* Reading
* Welwyn garden city
Salary: £30,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. The role primarily involves the installation of commercial air conditioning systems across a variety of sites. In addition to air conditioning work, there may be occasions where you will be required to assist with refrigeration installations, so a flexible and hands‑on approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of commercial air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems)
* Commisioning of AC systems
* Assisting with refrigeration system installations when required
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations
* Working independently or as part of a team on-site
* Liaising with project managers, clients, and other trades where necessary
Requirements
* Proven experience in air conditioning installation (commercial projects preferred)
* Basic knowledge or experience in refrigeration systems (desirable)
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent preferred or time served)
* F‑Gas certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work flexibly and travel to various job sites
Working Hours
* 10‑hour day (includes travel time)
