We are looking for an experienced operational leader who excels in team management, operational strategy, and service improvement who has strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams. Operations Manager key responsibilities include:
* Managing & developing a small in-house team who are supporting a large team of self-employed contractors, ensuring service excellence
* Monitoring performance & quality, maintaining adherence to SLAs and business goals
* Strengthening relationships with contractors, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and career development
* Leading operational improvements by identifying areas for enhanced service delivery
* Working cross-functionally, collaborating with internal teams to align business objectives
